Power Lora Loader (rgthree) node in ComfyUI
Power Lora Loader stacks any number of LoRAs in one node with per-row toggles and strengths, replacing chains of Load LoRA nodes; the rgthree pack also adds Fast Groups Bypasser, Context nodes and the Image Comparer.
Node pack: rgthree-comfy
Category: Popular custom node packs
What Power Lora Loader (rgthree) does
rgthree-comfy is a quality-of-life pack. Its best known node, Power Lora Loader, lets you add LoRA rows with a + button, each with an on/off switch, a model strength and (in advanced mode) a separate clip strength. Toggling a LoRA no longer means rewiring. The pack also brings Fast Groups Bypasser / Muter (switches for whole groups), Context and Context Switch (bundle model, clip, vae, conditioning and latents into one wire), Any Switch, Image Comparer (slider between two renders), Seed with history, and link-fixing and progress-bar features.
Power Lora Loader supports Flux and model-only LoRAs: leave clip connected for SD/SDXL, or connect only the model for model-only use. LoRA trigger words are shown in the row info when the file contains metadata.
Inputs
Name | Type | What it is |
|---|---|---|
model | MODEL | From the checkpoint or UNet loader. |
clip | CLIP | Optional; omit for model-only LoRAs. |
lora rows | widget | Each row: enabled, file, strength (and strength_clip in advanced mode). |
Outputs
Name | Type | What it is |
|---|---|---|
MODEL | MODEL | Patched model. |
CLIP | CLIP | Patched text encoder. |

Skip the setup: ComfyUI workflows preinstalled on the cloud
BitVector runs ready-made ComfyUI workflows on its own GPUs. No install, no missing nodes, no red boxes. Open it on your phone or laptop and generate in a minute.
How to use Power Lora Loader (rgthree)
- Install rgthree-comfy from ComfyUI Manager and restart.
- Add Power Lora Loader after Load Checkpoint; connect model and clip.
- Press "+ Add Lora", choose a file, set strength 0.8.
- Add more rows; toggle them on and off between renders to compare.
- Connect MODEL and CLIP onward exactly as with Load LoRA.
Settings and tips
- Right-click a row for "Show info" with trigger words and training metadata.
- Fast Groups Bypasser lets you switch a hires-fix or detailer group on and off with one click.
- Image Comparer with the before/after outputs is the fastest way to judge a LoRA.
- Context nodes cut the wire clutter in large graphs.
- Negative strengths work for removing a style a LoRA was trained on.
Troubleshooting Power Lora Loader (rgthree)
LoRA has no effect
Why it happens
The row toggle is off, strength 0, or the trigger word is missing from the prompt.
How to fix it
Check the toggle and strength; add the trigger word; verify the LoRA family matches the checkpoint.
Error about clip input with a Flux LoRA
Why it happens
Some Flux LoRAs have no text encoder weights and a few loaders warn when clip is connected.
How to fix it
Disconnect clip and use the node model-only, or ignore the warning (keys that do not exist are skipped).
Rows lost after loading a workflow
Why it happens
The workflow was saved with an older pack version or the LoRA files are missing on this machine.
How to fix it
Update rgthree-comfy; re-pick files that are missing (they show in red).

Questions about Power Lora Loader (rgthree)
Is this different from LoRA Stack nodes in Efficiency Nodes?
Same idea; Power Lora Loader has a nicer per-row UI and metadata display, Efficiency's stacker plugs into its Efficient Loader.
Does it support LyCORIS/LoHa?
Yes, anything the core Load LoRA accepts.

Load LoRA
ComfyUI core
Load LoRA (LoraLoader) applies a LoRA file to the MODEL and CLIP with separate strengths, so a style, character or concept can be added to any checkpoint without merging.
Load Checkpoint
ComfyUI core
Load Checkpoint (CheckpointLoaderSimple) opens a .safetensors or .ckpt model file and hands out the three parts every workflow needs: the diffusion MODEL, the CLIP text encoder and the VAE.
Efficient Loader and KSampler (Efficient)
efficiency-nodes-comfyui
Efficient Loader combines checkpoint, VAE, LoRA stack, both prompts and the empty latent into one node, and KSampler (Efficient) adds live previews, a built-in VAE decode and XY Plot support for comparing settings.

ComfyUI Manager is the extension that installs, updates and fixes custom node packs and models from inside the interface, resolves missing nodes in imported workflows and snapshots your setup.

Tired of fixing nodes? Let the cloud do it
BitVector keeps hundreds of ComfyUI workflows installed, updated and tested on fast cloud GPUs. No Python, no CUDA errors, no VRAM limits. Works from any browser.

CLIP Text Encode (Prompt)
ComfyUI core
CLIP Text Encode turns a text prompt into CONDITIONING using the model text encoder. One node holds the positive prompt, a second one the negative prompt.
KSampler
ComfyUI core
KSampler runs the denoising loop: it takes the model, prompts and a latent and produces the finished latent image, controlled by seed, steps, cfg, sampler, scheduler and denoise.
Save Image
ComfyUI core
Save Image writes the IMAGE tensor to ComfyUI/output as a PNG, with the whole workflow embedded in the file metadata so the picture can be dragged back into ComfyUI to restore the graph.
VAE Decode
ComfyUI core
VAE Decode converts the sampled LATENT into a pixel IMAGE with the VAE; VAE Decode (Tiled) does the same in tiles for very large images.
Empty Latent Image
ComfyUI core
Empty Latent Image creates the blank latent canvas (width, height, batch_size) that text-to-image sampling starts from; dimensions must be multiples of 8 and match the model family.
Load Image
ComfyUI core
Load Image reads a picture from the ComfyUI input folder (or an upload) and outputs an IMAGE tensor plus a MASK taken from the alpha channel, the starting point for img2img, inpainting, ControlNet and IP-Adapter graphs.
