This lora is supposed to emulate the feeling and effects of a VHS tape, visual artifacts and all. Per the author: Japanese VHS footage with an emphasis on weather forecasts. Trained on the album art of 天気予報. It was found that this lora doesn't produce the visual artifacts but rather, blurs and desaturates the image slightly as if the picture was from a 1990s tv broadcast.
