ModelTrends.ai is an information site. We index publicly published AI models, show the public thumbnails, example images and descriptions their authors released with them, and link to the places where they can be run or downloaded. We host no model files and we generate nothing. This page explains what we will and will not take down.

What we are

We are a catalog and a fan publication: the messenger, not the maker. Every listing is built from information that was already public on the hub or service where the model was published. Removing a listing here does not remove the model from anywhere else, and a listing is not a copy of the model.

Models and their training data

Most AI models are trained on images, video or text that the model author did not create and did not license from every rights holder. We respect the work that goes into a model, but a model built on other people’s material does not come with the right to control where information about it appears. If you published a model and would like its listing changed, ask us politely and we will usually help. Demands and legal threats about a model that was itself trained without permission will not be given priority.

Copyright claims (DMCA)

If you own the copyright to specific material shown on this site, for example an example image or a description, and you believe it is used without permission, send us a notice that includes:
  • A description of the copyrighted work you say is infringed.
  • The exact address of the page on this site where it appears.
  • Your name and a way to reach you.
  • A statement, made in good faith, that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature. Incomplete notices cannot be acted on. We may forward notices to the model author or the publishing hub, and knowingly false claims carry legal liability under the DMCA and comparable laws.

What we remove immediately

Some content has no place here, no matter who made it or how. We remove, and we ask you to flag, any model or example that:
  • Depicts, or is intended to produce, sexual content involving minors.
  • Depicts real, identifiable people in sexual or intimate situations without their consent.
  • Promotes hatred or violence against people on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar grounds.
  • Is designed to cause bodily harm, for example by instructing in weapons, poisons or self-harm. We report illegal material to the relevant authorities and hubs.

How to flag content

Use the Flag content link at the bottom of any model page, or message us in the Telegram community, with the model page address and what is wrong. Flags are reviewed by people. You will not receive a confirmation for every report, but flagged content that breaks the rules above is removed.

Corrections

Wrong thumbnail, wrong family, wrong NSFW flag, broken link, or you are the author and want a different example image shown: tell us on Telegram and we will fix it.

How we respond

Requests are handled in the order received. Illegal content takes priority over everything else. When we remove a listing we keep a record of the request. Repeated bad-faith claims are ignored.
