Mostly I am using hires 1,5 with 0 hires steps and without Adetailer for portraits, but belongs to the image. If u don't wanna use Hires or Adetailers the quality will be realij low by using low steps in sceneries with further distance but if ur fine with the quality in the images shown above, u can use image setting prompts like - smooth skin, glossy skin, and hyper-realistic with a luminous sheen, porcelain-like effect, slight gradients ,depth,glowing effect, three-dimensional feel, - front studio light, mat eyes, warm light, for portraits and upper body images. This are only examples, for sure u can switch belonging on ur own taste.
