Use /sampler:dpm2m /karras at 20-30 steps with a /guidance of 2-9 and a /clipskip:1. Recommended resolutions are 1280x768 or 768x1280. Add these words for more effect: "film grain raw real life photo amateur traditional media low quality reddit r/amateur"
