Strong Pastel V3 by Meina is a full model, a great pairing for Paint style anime LoRAs. It is a variant of the more traditional anime base model, MeinaMix. This version features looser, chunky edges and produces a wider range of colors in random and unexpected patterns. Versions 4-6 are just beautiful sharp anime models, and there's better options for that. Look into and for traditional anime looks, or Andite's model for more abstract chalks
