Deliberate 2 has been called "the NSFW master's toolkit", boasting the best balance of detailed backgrounds, light effects, skin texture, and accurate prompts at the time of its release. Incredibly versatile, though prompts tend to run on the long side and therefor isn't recommended for beginners (use Level4 instead). Works very well as a semi-real base for LoRAs. You can get photorealism out of it, but it's going to make you work for it
